I am new Cacti user
I wanted to ask one question
Is it possibel to monitor usage per-port and allow users to login
and view their usage in real time in Cacti
If yes how?
Doubt in Cacti

To force GB/sec you can use the unit exponent value in the graph template to force the numbers to a certain exponent. (I.E. 3 = kilo, 6 = mega, 9 = giga)

Cacti includes the abilty to give fairly granular control to your users. I'm not sure you want to be giving every single one of yoru users logins to Cacti (depends on how many you have). You could go that route though, create clients, apply a deny default policy to graphs, and make an exception for their port graph.
If you have a large number of users, or a fast changing user population, than, yeah, scripts tied to a database of usernames / passwords / graphs is probably a better option.
