Maintenance window for devices

Having a field to enter start and stop dates/times for device maintanence to prevent alerts would be a great addition. For now I am removing the snmp string to prevent alerts. Problem is there's always the chance you can forget to re-enter it.

The alert is still wanted, it is just its priority from critical/warning to info.
Otherwise, people will lost view to the maintenance impact. At least, one
would like to knon when it start/end if it really started.

That said, take the data out from the reports is very much wanted.
Specially the report is generated for customer and its related to availability
or the likes
