can some one guide me to install cacti on fc 4 pls...
for ur information i'm newbie to fc and cacti

Please read the requirements section at http://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/htm ... ments.html. Then, please download the cacti rpm files to a place of your liking. Install the package running as root using

rpm -Uvih <your package name>

. Then, follow the instriuctions at http://www.cacti.net/downloads/docs/htm ... _unix.html (omitting the first step, this was already done using rpm). When reaching Step 7, please have a look at /etc/cron.d/cacti instead of /etc/crontab, as rpm will install a crontab for cacti in this place.
