broken graphs and sql errors

Fixed problem the easy way. Blew away the install and started from scratch. Installed the FC4 Os again with Apache, MySQL, net-snmp. Used an rpm for rrdtool and then installed Cacti from a tar and everything works fine. I used all rpms for the previous installs. I am using cmd.php for the poller.
