main graph not see but detail graph see

Cacti: cacti-0.8.6h
Cactid: cacti-cactid-0.8.6g
MySQL: mysql-4.0.23
PHP: php-5.1
RRDTool: rrdtool-cygwin-1.2.12
Net-SNMP: net-snmp-5.3.0.1-1.win32

I want to use the cacti in window, and the installation is done.
However, after I set up the the cacti setting, as you see on the attached file. I cannot see the graph on the main (first) page, however, the detail graphs show up when I click the main page.

Probably wrong rrdtool version selected in cacti settings.
