I installed the new version of cacti, but when a add Polling Hosts, received this error:
Error in data query.
My distro is a redhat 7.3 compatible, and i check all configurations
snmpwalk Binary Path
/usr/bin/snmpwalk
snmpget Binary Path
/usr/bin/snmpget
rrdtool Binary Path
/usr/bin/rrdtool
what happened ?

The most common cause if this error is invalid Cacti path settings. Under "Cacti Settings", make sure "cacti Web Root" and "Web Server Document Root" are correct. Cacti will combine these two fields to form its complete path, so make sure you are not including a trailing slash in either field.
You can confirm if it is a path problem by going to "Data Queries", and choosing a query. You will either see a "XML File Exists" or "XML File Does Not Exist" message, the latter meaning that there is a path problem.

Error in data query
Ok, great I correct this problem and workinh now, but when I create a polling hosts, doesn't return any interfaces, I try test snmpwalk manually and working well,
searching ins this forum all topics about this question, and dont find find a solution ....

If you execute "/usr/bin/snmpwalk", it should say whether you are using ucd or net-snmp. Make sure this is selected under "Cacti Settings". Again, make sure that the correct management ip, community string, and snmp version is entered for each polling host.

Ok, ok..... , checking....I am using ucd-snmp, mu cacti settings is correct, IP and community string too, I need to see what happened here....
