error on plugins

hi all,

i have try to used plugins, i do this

patch -p1 -N < cacti-plugin-0.8.6h.diff

then i try to add monitor,syslog,discovery,ntop
i follw this step:
Next extract the contents of the plugin into a folder called "monitor" in the plugins folder. Edit your patched include/config.php and uncomment the $plugins[] = 'monitor'; and also set the $config['url_path'].

$config['url_path'] = "http://localhost/cacti/";
$plugins = array();
$plugins[] = 'monitor';
$plugins[] = 'discovery';
$plugins[] = 'ntop';
$plugins[] = 'h.aloe';

but my cacti-web is not change, the monitor,discovery,ntop and syslog is not apper.
what should i do??

i get my plugins from this site: http://cactiusers.org/downloads/

but it not yet work
