Everything seems to work but NO graphs...
Operating System: Windows 2003 SP1
Webserver: IIS 6.0
Cacti: 0.8.6h with patches
Cactid: n/a
MySQL: 5.0 (MYSQL40 compatability mode)
PHP: 5.0
RRDTool: 1.2.x
Net-SNMP: 5.x
Cygwin: n/a
I don't know if I'm just repeating previous posts, but things "seem" to be working yet I see absolutely nothing when I look to the graphs page. The host is listed and graphs are created, but the right pane is blank. Any ideas?

Since you're getting valid data, there is a permission problem. Are the rrd files created? Sure rrdtool.exe and cmd.exe gave IUSR_X and IIS_WPG have read/execute rights? Read the install guide in my signature.

Yes, the two accounts have r/e on the following dir's/files:
c:\rrdtool\
c:\windows\system32\cmd
\cacti
\cacti\logs (+ modify)
\cacti\rra (+ modify)
rrd files are being created in the rra folder.

The install guide is near flawless, I used it to get this far.

Sure you've got the proper rrdtool version selected in cacti? try re-setting it again.

That could possibly be a problem with the user permissions in cacti. This happen for the admin and guest users?

It sure does. Both admin and guest experience the same issue with the "blank" graph thorugh the Tree view but full graphs in the other views.
I'm not as familiar with the software as I could be, but what should I be looking at?
Again, the graphs are "blank" or "non-existent" NOT a broken graph. Also, I can assign graphs to Tree nodes, but the hosts never show.

The attached is an example of the Tree view.williammparks wrote:I'm not as familiar with the software as I could be, but what should I be looking at?
It sounds like to me you haven't set up any Tree's to view, hence it being blank. In your Cacti | Graph Trees, have you set up anything yet?

Yes, I have. Interestingly enough, the single-pane view in the Tree view does show graphs. Attached are some screen shots of the single and dual pane views in the Tree.
Did I just not check a checkbox somewhere?

Weirdness. Well I'm guessing its some setting in User Management. Mind posting a screenshot of the Graph Settings for your Admin user? I want to compare them to mine.
