No zoom function on graphs

Post by fittdog8848 »

I would like to start seeing the zoom functions for the graphs....I see it on the Local host graphs but that is it.

Any ideas?

You can already zoom in on any graph in Cacti. Just click once on it and then highlight want you want to zoom in on with the box

Ok, what "doesn't" work? Please describe what happens that makes you think it is not working.

sorry I am using rrdtool 1.0 right now. Should I change to 1.2 and if so where should I point the font directory?

When I open a graph for a device other than localhost.....the graph displays...I click on it once to get the magnifying glass to come up and nothing.....nothing happens when I click on the graph.

Describe nothing....

What do you mean nothing, the graph doesn't appear, the cursor doesn't change, what is nothing?

I can only help if you help me help you. :)

sorry I have to be soooooo explicit.....The graph displays the information (graph details) but it does not show a magnifying glass next to it........ I think I might have fingered it out

I guess I should have said I am not viewing the graphs through the graph window or tree view.....I was viewing them through graph management.

Rony....Thanks for your help....if I wasn't retarded this would have worked.......I got it working no problem.

What is the advantage to going to rrdtool 1.2?

And if I do where do I point the font directory to?
