Problem viewing graph on graphs tab

I have installed cacti a couple of times and this is the first time I have seen this problem. When I navigate to the graphs tab or navigate to http://<cactiserver>/graph_view.php, the graphs do not display. Instead I get the little red x icon that usually denotes that the graph cannot be found. I know rrdtool is working because if I go to graph management I can select any graph and it displays correctly. I can't seem to figure out why they won't display on the graphs tab. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks to anyone who put any thought toward this but I found the resolution. This is the first installation I did with rrdtool 1.2 and needed to change the RRDTool Utility Version setting in the Settings area.
