Tree Alphabetic Ordering Naturally

Post by dgaavl »

Suppose the next list of unordered interfaces:

Interface 1
Interface 11
Interface 2
Interface 10

By default, at "Graph Trees" menu, "alphabetic order" shows the next result:

Interface 1
Interface 10
Interface 11
Interface 2

I´m sure most of people would prefer naturally alphabetic result:

Interface 1
Interface 2
Interface 10
Interface 11

Just edit lib/sort.php:

line 88: return strnatcmp($a, $b);

Hope this will help you.

I wish I'd known about this a long time ago - such a simple fix! Thanks so much...

What file did you make this change in?

I think it would be nice to make this behaviour the default.
