Data Collected but graph showing nan --help urgent

In My Cacti and configured the remote host for disk monitor and its showing the value in Data Query but when i am trying to graph the same its showing value nan in graph please help me

Please goto the Device and do a Verbose Query. Post the screenshot, please

In verbose values are coming see the attachement screen 1 when i am trying to graph the same its showing nothing pls

Well, this looks good. So you're using the Available Disk Space Template. From other posts I know that there was a bug with that script. So you should get the latest version of this script, I suppose from svn (Browse SVN branch, see main cacti website)
