Empty Script results in Cacti

Hi

When poller runs any perl script within Cacti the log file returns empty results ( output: U ), but when i run the same command manually results are returned, so the script and wmi is valid, and obviously the graphs are not updating because of this.

Has anybody any ideas why this is ?

Win 2003
Cacti 8.6b + pre 8.6c patch files
Mysql 4.0.21
IIS 6
PHP 5.0.2

i have continued to look into the issue, and when i change the poller to cmd.php, rather than cactid any of the perl scripts that are run within cacti get valid data back and update the graphs succesfully.

But i get the displaying of graphs hanging issue that i mentioned in the post that i posted yesterday http://forums.cacti.net/about5492.html.

Any ideas?

I am having this exact same problem with cacti on a windows box. Does anyone have any ideas. The scripts run fine from the windows CLI. Just cacti reports the Partial result / Empty error.

I was having the same problem until I upgraded to the newest version of cactid.
