Graph disconnect on Advanced Ping : what does it mean?

Graph disconnect on Advanced Ping : what does it mean?

Can anyone tell me the reason why the graph disconnect for a while?

For this graph,I already check with the log at that time and it just a little bit timeout by EIGRP rerouted.
If it works by ping to server every five minute, I am sure that it is not PING at the same time as network rerouted.

Please help, :cry:
