Internationalized forums

Maybe some localized forums would be useful for the international Cacti users, as not everyone is fluent in english.

What do you (french, german, etc.) guys think of it ?

I think that might be a good idea. I will talk to the other developers concerning it.

Although I probably be the one creating them and administering them. :)
