Have found this below errors while running the scheduler.

Moved to Win32 Specific.
Please see the signature of BSOD2600 about installing on windows. To me, thi seems to be a problem with the path...

After you read through my guide, go get the cygwin build of rrdtool. That will fix your "change root is not supported by your OS or at least by this copy of rrdtool" problem.

Thank u friends for your valuable suggestions.

After changing the version of RRD tool to 1.0.x it's started working.
