Error opening up cacti for the first time

Here is the error when i try to open up http:/localhost/cacti for the first time:

This is the command on line 150 & 151 in the config.php:

include($config["library_path"] . "/adodb/adodb.inc.php");
include($config["library_path"] . "/database.php");

This the line 43 in the database.php file :
$cnn_id = NewADOConnection($db_type);


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciatted.

1) What version of everything are you using? Make sure to install the patches for cacti
2) read the guide in my signature
3) Did you make sure to enable php_mysql.dll in php.ini ?
