1) read the guide in my signature
2) you must use rrdtool cygwin build. Win32 will NOT work.
3) Use cacti 0.8.6h + patches (patching instructions in my guide too)
4) what version of php and mysql are you using?

Once again, I suggest you read the guide in my signature on how to troubleshoot your Cacti installation.

Turn the polling level in cacti to debug (Settings | Polling level) for one cycle and paste the output of the actual log file (./cacti/log/cacti.log). If it contains WEBLOG entries, then don't bother posting since they just clutter up the log. Turn off WEBEVENTS logging and try again.

It looks as though you are polling devices with incorrect information. Possibly polling a Windows box with *nix Graph Templates/Data Queries. Also, I am concerned about the following response:
1min: 5min: 10
There are two things wrong with it: 1) No value for "1min:" 2) A space between "5min:" and "10".

lisa_parma:
1) In your php.ini file, change the max execution time and timeout larger... like 120 or 240.
2) Either use GetIF or net-snmp snmpwalk and verify SNMP is properly working from the cacti sever against whatever host you're trying to add.
3) verify IUSR_XXX and IIS_WPG users have Modify rights to your /cacti/log and /cacti/rra folders.

Since SNMP isnt working on the localhost, either you havent properly configured the SNMP service or your firewall is blocking SNMP locally.

If you want to use the net-snmp agent, then follow it's install instructions. Otherwise if you want to use the microsoft one, then simply install the service.

The OIDs you're using are not valid. Correct them.

I have go to cacti--> setting, but i'm sorry,i don't understands what your means???
can you give me more clearly instruction...

once question again for applying cacti patch:
Apply Patches

1. There are two methods of applying patches to Cacti:

a. If you have Cygwin installed, then the patch instructions which use wget and patch, will work.
b. The other method requires you to visit http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ and manually download and replace the patched files.
2.You might need to reapply file/folder security on the files patched. Double check they are correct.

i have install cygwin, but instruction wget and patch is doesn't work...
i haved try run this instruction in command promt and .\cygwin\cygwin.bat
where should i run this command???
