Windows xp installation problem

Hello all
I am a newbie in cacti installation. I have followed instructions in installation manuals but to no avail. I did all thes
1. My php 4.7.8, apache2 , mysql4.0.and phpmyadmin are working properly. I can create tables etc using phpmysadmi and I can view phpinfo() in my browser.
2. Have installed pma in ...\htdocs
3. have installed cacti in ..\htdocs and did all the suggested configs
4. have insttalled cactid in c:\cacti and changed the confiig
5. I have imorted the cacri .sql to create necessary tables.
6. Have created cactiuser.
When I go to http://localhost/cacti this is what I get

Looks like you havent properly configured your Apache httpd.conf file. Read through the installation guide on how to properly configure php in apache and Cacti.
