templates database?

I'd like to know if an xml template database for cacti is available somewhere on the net? i mean by this a place where i can find a lot of template from different constructors.

Not yet. The repository will be working when cacti 0.9 is released. In the meantime, you'll just have to search the script and add-on forums.
