Favorite Graphs

Post by pmribeiro »

Hi,

Would it be possible to keep a set of favorite graph views?

Example:
After we choose the graphs we want in the List View, it would be nice that we could save that group of graphs as favorite, so it could be easier and faster to see those same graphs together in the future.

BTW, your software is great! :)

Cheers!

Yes, I know I can bookmark the pages :)
What would be nice, is to be able to give names to groups of graphs and save those groups for later use.

Example:
View 1 - CPU Usage: <-- these view names are chosen by the users
- Webserver2 CPU Graph <-- graphs chosen by the users
- FileServer45 CPU Graph <-- graphs chosen by the users

View 2 - Network Usage:
- Streamingserver12 network usage Graph
- Mailserver3 network usage Graph

Thanks!

If you set the tree view to Single Pane in User Management -> Graph Settings, you can create separate graph trees that have graphs from many different hosts, and then view them all in a concise view. I have found it to be a pretty effective system for snapshots of different areas. I also only have a one user Cacti system essentially, so it may not be too great if you need per-user views.
