Update problem for 0.8.6g -> 0.8.6h

Got new version zip format for windows platform, uncompress it then open Upgrade file, follow the steps,

1.backup database ....

up to end, everything looks fine, copy all script and rrd files, copy extra pl , xml file from /resource folder, then point to site, click net, select update, next screen show all tables successful, then all binary and path are correct, then finish.

login, all graphs are fine except windows 2000 box disk graphs, all disk graphs are not available, turn on debug mode, found all capture data still there, but just don't show any graphs. I am using http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?t=10707 Windows 2000 / 2k3 Disk Statistics, anyone have idea what's wrong ?

Well are the scripts returning data and is cacti putting it into the rrd files?

the scripts returning data and cacti putting into the rrds, because I compared the old rrd with new rrd files and they are different, I believe that's script's problem, somebody else report the same error on the script thread.

I am experiencing the same issue since updating. I get this response when doing the verbose query,

+ No SNMP data returned

+ Found data query XML file at 'D:/Webdocs/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/snmp_informant_disk.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at 'D:/Webdocs/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/snmp_informant_disk.xml'

I am also having a problem with the standard "SNMP - Get Processor Information", when this is active the Poller stops when it tries to get this info. A verbose query of this gives,

PS

All of the other queries and graphs work correctly,

Host MIB - Logged in Users
Host MIB - Processes
IIS5 - WWW Connections
W32 - Get Memory (2000)
SNMP - Interface Statistics

Use either GetIF or net-snmp snmpwalk and look at .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1. Does it return anything?

Manually run D:\php\php-win.exe -q D:\path to cacti\scripts\ss_host_cpu.php server1.domain.com 3 2:161:500:f1:::MD5::[None] query index. Does it return anything?

If I do
snmpwalk server1.domain.com -m .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1
Not sure usage is correct here.

I get
Cannot find module (NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Cannot find module (NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
Cannot find module (DISMAN-EVENT-MIB): At line 1 in (none)
-m: (Sub-id not found: (top) -> -m)

If I manually run,
D:\php\php-win.exe -q D:\path to cacti\scripts\ss_host_cpu.php server1.domain.com 3 2:161:500:f1:::MD5::[None] query index.

It returns several command windows but too quickly to see what is in them.

1) Well if snmpwalk does not return anything for .1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.1.1.1 , you dont have snmp informant properly installed.

2) When you ran the ss_host_cpu.php script, you did it initially from the command prompt, right? Try starting the php script server first then running ss_host_cpu.php ss_host_cpu server1.domain.com 3 2:161:500:f1:::MD5::[None] index

That helped me figure it out. My SNMPBulkWalk.exe path was not complete. Was this new in this version?

Yes it was. It should've automatically filled it out for you, assuming you're using the default path.
