Scripts for XP/cacti newbie

Hi,
I Use XP/apache2
when i try run this command:
c:\php\php.exe c:\apache2\htdocs\cacti\cmd.php
i get this messages:
'perl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

The system cannot find the path specified.

I think our scripts in C:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\scripts are not compatible for Windows. So,how can I find compatible scripts and after find these scripts, where can be located?
Anybody explain?

I have the same problem.

You just install ActivePerl for Windows.

It's possible you must install Cygwin for recognize Unix command.
