Don't you need to be using "php-win.exe" instead of "php.exe" when running PHP 5.x? I believe you do.

Have you followed BSOD's install instructions located at: http://bsod2600.home.comcast.net/install_windows.html?

I have tried using the command
c:\php-win c:\<path to cacti>\poller.php

But it still doesnt seems to create any graphs. I also noticed the error "Waiting for 1/1 poller" when i turned on the debugging mode

My Versions of the tools are as follows:
Apache 2.0.54
MySQL 4.1.14
PHP 5.0.4
Cacti 0.8.6h
Cactid 0.8.6f
RRD 1.0.49-win32

Thanks

You must use the Cygwin version of rrdtool. Win32 does not work (as the sticky at the top of the forum states).

Hi,

I have downloaded this version of the RRD tool from the website
(rrdtool-cygwin-1.2.12.zip). I have unzipped the files and put in the same path as the cacti. And have changed the neccessary path in the cacti settings to point to the RRD path.

But it still doesnt seems to work. I am still getting the errors. I am still getting the error "Waiting 1/1 pollers".

PS BSOD2600: Thanks alot for all your help

1) mysql -u root -p cacti
>truncate table poller_output;
>quit

2) Turn the polling level in cacti to debug (Settings | Polling level) for one cycle and paste the output of the actual log file (./cacti/log/cacti.log). If it contains WEBLOG entries, then don't bother posting since they just clutter up the log. Turn off WEBEVENTS logging and try again.
