Unable to see graphs

Hello, I seem to be having an issue with getting graphs to display. I have installed Ubuntu and have everything working, when I add a device and then wait a while all I get is the red X box when I go to look at graphs. PLEASE understand I know next to nothing about Linux and Cacti, so if you could have paitence and be detailed in anything you are requesting that would be great. Where do I need to start to get you info.

You have to wait at least one polling cycle for the rrd file to be created.

I have waited almost an hour. if I look at the poller cache I see:

Yes Poller is enabled in Cacti

The "poller is running" question is related to your crontab entry, that is needed for cacti. See the installation description on how to define that crontab entry. But if you've installed from rpm, please look at /etc/cron.d/cacti first. If there is an entry, this should be ok
