Device is down

I have a strange problem, in the cacti gui i see that one of my device is down and give me the information that there is a snmp error even tough the device is up and i have a snmp communication with it.

Why is it happen and how can i fix it ?
i have fc4 and cacti 0.8g

Hello Ehud,

are you able to use the snmpwalk command from your Cacti server to this device ?

Have you inserted the correct snmp version and the correct community string ?
