Thumbnails not showing up

Post by jengstro »

Any idea why the thumbnail graphs are not showing up but I can drill down and the graphs for a specific monitoring point show up fine?
Thanks.

Oh, the graphs are broken.

Go to graph management, click on a broken graph, enable graph debug and see what the problem is.

The graphs are there if I click the text by where the graphs should be in the graph tab... they just are not showing up in the first window for some reason.

Hmm, not sure then what the problem might be. I guess something with PHP since obviously permissions aren't an issue since you can see the graphs if you click on one...

I verified my php.ini but was unable to locate any misconfiguration... any idea what setting would cause this type of issue?

That was the problem!

Once I changed the version in the Cacti configuration the graphs showed up!

Thanks for the help.
