I have around 70 cisco AP's. They are connected to .q trunks that pass Vlans. 2 of the Vlans are offered to clients, a public Vlan for guests and a private Vlan for employees.
I would like to be able to have two graphs that show the total number of associations to the two vlans.
I found some information that would allow me to do this if I was not running the vlans.

Unfortunately I can't find any information on how to do this with the VLAN's on multiple SSID's. I've hunted through snmpwalks for the data and I can't seem to dig it out.
Has anyone had any success graphing associations with VLANS?
If this is not possible has anyone graphed the number of hosts responding to a ping on a subnet?

My graph works with VLANs, but just cant differentiate between them.
My wireless network is running three VLANs SSID's (10, 20, & 30). With 802.1q trunking from the Access Point to the Switch to carry all the VLAN traffic.
The graph I wrote just shows all associations regardless of VLANs. I can see if I have time this week to see if theres an index for VLANs under the client key.

Graphing traffic for the vlans should be fine because each vlan shows up as an interface on the AP. With the associations, I don't believe it's possible to break it down per-vlan or SSIDthat_kid wrote:I want to be able to graph vlan traffic over all the ap's. So when I look at the bandwidth usage it will show the bandwidth for vlan x, instead of vlan x on y device.
trunk your switch port
set trunk <mod/port> on dot1q <vlan,vlan-vlan,vlan>
Nevermind, I should read it first.
