Newbye to Cacti. need a bit of help to set up traffic graph

You want to make sure you have the net-snmp 4.2.3 binaries properly compiled and installed on your system. You can get it here if you do not already have it:

Once you have that installed, make sure cacti knows the full path to your 'snmpwalk' and 'snmpget' binaries. This can be specified in "cacti Settings".

If you are still not getting any interface listing for one of your devices, perhaps you want to test it at the command line.

Run a:

snmpwalk <IP> public .

at the commandline and see what happens. If you get output here, you should get output in cacti.
