Export for users

Hi. I thing it may be cool and useful , to have allow export of graphs per graph basis and per user basis

For now, only a global export is possible, but fine graining is needed.

Export by graph: Select explicitly in graph management, where the graph should be exported


Export by user : Allow to export graphs and trees that user "foo" can viev to /home/foo/stats and graphs and trees that can view user "bar" to different location. This will be extremly useful not only for me.
