I want Cacti to report on statistics from all of the comptuers on my network. I have installed net-snmp on one of the other computers on the network (my firewall, in fact), but when I select "Generic SNMP-enabled host", nothing shows up. What do I need to have running on the other servers for this to work?
Please verify correct snmp setup of the remote device using snmpwalk against this device from command line. Firewalls may swallow those snmp packets, if not configured correctly
