New Install-acccess http://myserver/cacti got blank screen

Hi,
I have installed cacti on my RH 7.3 machine.
I use Httpd version 2.0.43, PHP 4.2.3, mysql 3.23.54a rrdtool 1.0.41.
Here is my cacti directory under /home/httpd/htdocs

I already follow every step in Installation guide.
But when I want to access cacti on the first time, I had blank screen on my browser.

If I run index.php from command line here is the result:

[root@pegasus cacti]# php index.php
Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate
Pragma: no-cache
Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

I already make sure that my web server could run php.
I made a simpe php script like this:
<? echo phpinfo(); ?>
and put it on cacti's directory.
I could successfully access that script from my browser.

Try to set :

register_globals = On
register_argc_argv = On

in you're php.ini, i think that's the problem

I already did that. But the result is the same.
Got nothing on my browser.

Does cacti have a problem running on httpd-2 machine?
