How to stack multiple CPU% ?

Post by Matt »

Hi,

I'm looking for a noob guide showing how to stack the CPU% values for multiple processors.

I'd be happy with being able to stack two CPU% values, I could combine the loads of hyperthreading, but 2,4,8 would be nice.

I have searched the forums btw, but I have not found anything noob enough.

Thanks

Define different DS draw types

Post by marlobello »

I don't know exactly what you are asking. If you are already retrieving the data you want you just need to graph them all together it is simple.

Your first DS should have the type of AREA, all subsequent DSs should have the type of STACK.

Hope that helps.

Sure, I have been able to combine CPU0 and CPU1 into a single graphs for one host.
I cannot figure out how to create a template I can use for any host though.

Do I need to manually create one for each host ? Is this the best way ?
