Hi
I have managed to configure several Cisco devices with Cacti without any problems.
I'm now trying to configure Cacti to query our Allot 402 Netenforcer traffic manager. I have searched the forums and documentation however I can't seem to find how to load custom MIBs.
I have tried using the graph template "SNMP - Generic OID Template" with the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.2603.1.4.1.1.1.3 which I obtained from an snmp viewer (which failed).
I'm not sure how to get Cacti to read the Netenforcer Mibs. (which I have copied to /usr/share/snmp/mibs/)
Any pointers would be greatfull.
Thanks
Simon.

Re: Allot Netenforcer custom MIB
cacti does not rely on MIBs. It uses pure numeric OIDs (at the time of writing)simon.jones@talk-101.com wrote:I'm now trying to configure Cacti to query our Allot 402 Netenforcer traffic manager. I have searched the forums and documentation however I can't seem to find how to load custom MIBs.
To verify, you should first run snmpwalk againt the desired OIDs to see, what happens. If you have picked the correct one, copying the Generic OID Templates and providing your OID should work.I have tried using the graph template "SNMP - Generic OID Template" with the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.2603.1.4.1.1.1.3 which I obtained from an snmp viewer (which failed).
To debug this, goto Settings and select log level DEBUG. Find all output in cacti.log

Hi Simon/all,
Did you actually get it work for pipe and vc monitoring on a netenforcer?
I've been trying without a success to graph the traffic for an individual pipe and vc. RRD files were created and no error on cacti.log but when i preview the graph, only the graph image was shown, no data on the graph (the line that indicates traffic)
For inbound monitoring per pipe:
Am using .1.3.6.1.4.1.2603.1.4.1.1.1.3.x.0 where "x" represents a pipe in netenforcer
For outbound monitoring per pipe:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.2603.1.4.1.1.1.4.x.0
Can anyone help???
THx
