How can i graph remote hosts from a second server ?

Post by ramiro »

I have cacti installed on my linux-server, and works great
My linux-server can ping to another linux-server, who can access to a private network
And only the other server can view to 8 hosts
Can be graph this 8 hosts ?
All have snmp enabled

Thanks

mmm...there is a little problem
the other linux-server is a unix like "packet-shaper"

On the program "mrtg" i use a mrtg.cfg like this :

Target[guaira]: 1.2334.2.1.4.2.1.37.1:public@200.108.150.65:
SetEnv[guaira]: MRTG_INT_IP="66.178.33.114" MRTG_INT_DESCR="guaira"

Is there a equivalent on cacti ?, regards and thanks!

Well, I really don't know. This might be an option with snmp-proxying? Sorry
