Post by msangerm »

Hello,

I am trying to capture the traffic on a Windows 2003 Server and keep getting SNMP error. Any clues on where I might start looking.

Thank you

Moved to Win32 Specific

You will have to configure and start the "snmp daemon" an windows.
But I don't know how :-?

Look in your event log why the SNMP agent won't start. You set up a SNMP community, right?

I figured it out. Just need to allow SNMP traffic from any host.

Thanks though.

Am loving the graphs that are generated by cacti, now need to learn how to combine graphs.
