Generic SNMP OID Graphing - Polling but not graphing?

Thanks for all the help from you guys when I was having problems after upgrading to 0.8.6g, I fixed all the issues with the screwy graphs and now every thing is graphing like a champion!

I set the cron to run poller.php every 2 minutes instead of 5 and that seemed to have fixed the gaps in the graphs.

Here is the example:



But that's totally besides the point of this thread, I am just happy that I got it to work.

Okay so the real topic is, I am trying to graph some values from my cable modem, and it's not graphing even though it's getting the values, here is the poller info on the 3 OID's I am trying to graph:

All of my other graphs that use a generic SNMP OID graph are working perfectly fine, here is my printer toner OID for example:

So, any ideas why it will graph the toner but not my modem's signal levels when it's the same basic output values.

Put it back to 5 minutes and remove the extra cron entry that is somewhere that is double polling your devices.

I don't see how that's related to the graphs for the cablemodem showing up as NaN when other devices are being polled 100% perfectly?

Don't know then...

Turn your log up to Debug and see what is said in the logs about that device.

Did you remember to adjust max and min values for the Data Temple(s)?
