I'm trying to graph a Cisco PIX515, but the status in "devices" shows as down, when its not, and also no graphs are being created?
Going into the Device:

I'm new to Cacti, and my system is Windows 2003 Server/IIS based.
I've followed BSOD2600's Windows install guide and can successfully graph a Cisco 2924XL switch and several host machines.
I've installed using:
cacti-cactid-0.8.6f-1.zip
cacti-0.8.6g.zip + patches
mysql-noinstall-4.0.26-win32.zip
php-4.4.1-win32.exe
rrdtool-cygwin-1.2.11.zip
My PIX has the following snmp config:
snmp-server host inside 192.168.1.7 poll community public
snmp-server location here
snmp-server contact Neal
snmp-server community public
Where 192.168.1.7 is my cacti server.
There are no firewall rules applied to the inside interface that could block the incoming SNMP traffic.
Please can anyone give me some help or pointers to solve this?
Many thanks and best regards,
Neal.

Neal.
Sorted!
I've sorted this myself...
in Console -> Cacti Settings -> Poller:
Ping Type
The type of ping packet to sent. NOTE: ICMP requires that the Cacti Service ID have root privilages in Unix.
This was set to UDP ping (whatever that is?) Obviosuly a PIX isn't going to respond to a UDP ping...
I've set it to ICMP ping and now in Devices the PIX status is "Recovering", and its started to graph stuff.
Cheers,
Neal.
