data_query indexing problem - after upg 8.6f to g

Post by jef »

After upgrading to g, my data_queries are collecting data, but i can't re-index them.
Verbose Querying, gives me "No SNMP data return" for default and custom data queries.

#############
+ Running data query [15].
+ Found type = '3' [snmp query].
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/local/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/wp_data2.xml'
+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing SNMP walk for list of indexes @ '.1.3.6.1.4.1.9723.1.1.4.9.1.1'
+ No SNMP data returned
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/local/cacti/resource/snmp_queries/wp_data2.xml'
#############

- I'd like to clear poller cache, but whenever i click clear, it acts like a view and just seems to list the cache.. dunno how to manually clear.
- Re-indexing doesn't show in debug log.
- The queries seem to be bound to proper hosts by checking tables.

SELECT * FROM snmp_query WHERE id=15\G
id: 15
hash: 470fbbc0dde086d48411a907c3809c99
xml_path: <path_cacti>/resource/snmp_queries/wp_data2.xml
[edited] graph_template_id: 0
data_input_id: 2

SELECT * FROM host_snmp_query WHERE snmp_query_id=15 ;
+---------+---------------+------------+------------------+----------------+
| host_id | snmp_query_id | sort_field | title_format | reindex_method |
| 9 | 15 | wp_Index | |query_wp_Index| | 1 |
| 2 | 15 | wp_Index | |query_wp_Index| | 1 |
| 6 | 15 | wp_Index | |query_wp_Index| | 1 |
---

Thanks
Jef
