No graphs being made

Post by adamuk »

Hi all, not sure what is going on.
I have added a device ( cisco router ), and selected to graph traffic on on port. Everything goes ok but all I get in the graph page is the title and no png file is created. Any clues as to where I should be looking .

Cheers

Click on this graph to display all 4 timespan graphs. Select the wrench next to the upper graph. Copy the rrdtool graph statements to commnd line and run them. Look out for error messages. Please post your findings

Please check your rights and confirm its not root that is the owner/group associated with your www root folder. That was my issue. I also had to change my cron so that it went from root (that was in my documentation) to that (in my case SuSe) wwwrun.

Try that and let me know.
