Did you forget to enable php_mysql.dll in php.ini?

search tht php.ini file for "php_mysql.dll". You will find the line "extension=php_mysql.dll". Remove the ";" which is in front of it to uncomment that line.

This data query returned 0 rows, perhaps there was a problem executing this data query. You can run this data query in debug mode to get more information.

Posting the same thing several times will not get you help any faster.
You need to give us more info. What data query returns no info? Do other SNMP queries for that device work?
What versions of everything are you using?
