1) what versions of everything are you using?
2) use forward slashes for paths intead of backwards
3) use the latest version of cactid.

When using cmd.php, data gets collected and subsequently graphs are updated? When you switch to cactid, then the scripts don't return anything?

When using cmd.php, data gets collected and update only for the old client not for the new , When using cactid data gets collected and update for all the client , but Graph that using wmi not update.

1) Turn the logging level in cacti to debug for one cycle for each cmd.php and cactid.exe. Post each log.
2) You might want to run a check on your mysql database. Also, run cactid.exe without any options.

Please utilize forward slashes in your data input methods and then clear your poller cache.

Please run once at logging level "MEDIUM" and post the results around those warnings.
