Last 2 Problems

Post by p0tty »

http://cacti.cube-media.com/

As you can see the MIBs problem has come up for me. I've referenced it in the system environment variables as c:\php\mibs and called it MIBSDIR as someones guide suggests.

Apart from that, on certain pages ie when i go to view graphs and add devices I get :

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I've checked permissions, ie network service, i've basically run outta ideas of what it could be?

Looking at it it seems my SNMP config to my switch works fine as it's getting the info from it.

Edit :: Why is my log.txt file empty??

IIS 6
Win2k3
c:\PHP\mibs
c:\PHP\
c:\rrdtool

Hope this helps.

1) I suggest you read the updated guide in my signature
2) Are you using fastcgi or some other CGI for your webserver?
3) You didn't specify the correct path to the MIB files, hence those error messages. If you have php5, then the path you used is not correct.
4) Apply the patches for cacti.

I followed your guide :)

It's normal CGI, that error is now fixed.

It's just the MIB stuff I can't get rid of :/

It's php 4.3.7

When following the guide I hope you noticed that correct variable name is MIBDIRS (not MIBSDIR like you wrote in your first post). If it does not work for you anyway you can always try to copy all the MIB files to c:\usr\mibs (default location) and the error should go away.
