REAL Streaming Server monitoring

Has anyone managed to graph REAL streams from within cacti? I have just deployed a couple of REAL Helix servers and would like to try and graph the streams etc

for real server 7 & mrtg i did it like this:

for the linux real server there was a cli tool to query local or remote real
servers for all open connection. with awk you can calculate the concurrent
numbers of users per server.

i don't remeber the name of the cli tool, but have a look inside the realserver directories
and maybe it's still available for the Helix generation
