LDAP Not Working

Post by chewy009 »

I have enabled LDAP Authentication and configured the appropriate settings but can't get LDAP to work. Does anyone have any useful tips.

LDAP Server : dc01.domain.com
LDAP DN: <username>@domain.com
LDAP Cacti Template User: Left Blank

I get this when I try and authenticate:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ldap_connect() in D:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\auth_login.php on line 35

This is a W2k3 domain.
Thanks.

Sorry, don't know on windows, but you are just missing a php module for LDAP.

As rony already stated, you need to uncomment php_ldap.dll in php.ini and you're set.

Probably didn't require a reboot, but just a restart of the IIS service. :D
