Please help.
I'm a cacti user for a half a year now and i'm verry happy with this SUPER tool!!
I'm bussy installing in at a brother company of us but get these errors with polling.
Polling is enabled and i use cmd.php
Here is the log:

It seems you have 0 Data Sources to be polled. Make sure you have data sources, and that they are enabled.

In case you mean an associated graph or data query (like Interface statistics), yes, it creates the necessary. And in that case, they're automatically enabled.
Click on the Data Sources menu in the cacti console, and see if you see some listed there. If there is one, you can see the details (name, host, rrd file) for it. Check of the RRD file is created.
If that does not bring you further, turn up your debug level, and check the logging for other messages that might indicate what goes wrong.

found the problem
I was using MySQL 5.0 that was the problem i installed latest version of 4.x and problems were cone.
