new installation of cacti with IIS

Post by Herminator »

When i run the poller with IIS and php5 at win2000 server
C:\PHP>c:\php\php-cgi e:\cacti\poller.php
ERROR: Not enough arguments
Content-type: text/html
OK u:0.01 s:0.03 r:0.93X-Powered-By: PHP/5.0.3

11/04/2005 03:48:19 PM - SYSTEM STATS: Time:1.0304 Method:cmd.php Processes:1 Th
reads:N/A Hosts:2 HostsPerProcess:2 DataSources:3 RRDsProcessed:2
And i get a second cmd window with
cannot find module <none> at line 1 in ,none.
I have 1 host with only a traffic graph. It makes a working graph.
And i don't have a IIS_WPG user on the system. Is this one really needed?

When i click on a green circle "reload data query" of the mounted partitions, cacti hangs. and times out with the 500 sec error.

1) read the guide in my signature
2) you should be using php.exe, not php-cgi.
3) Apply all the patches to cacti.
4) The IIS_WPG user only applies to Windows 2003.

I didn't pachted graph.php because that one gave me header errors.

It's a bad idea to only half patch things. What was the header errors you got?

Did you double check the file security setttings after patching?
