Now, I configured cacti 0.8.6g on my redhat box. It works fine.
I want to use it to monitor my BlueArc storage. I got BlueArc MIB from their website and saved them on my cacti server.
I can use command
snmpget -c public -v 2c -m /mib/BlueArc.824w.mib Bluearc opsPerSecond.0
to get the result
opsPerSecond.0 29336
But cacti server couldn't get the result at all. It seems that there is no way to specify the cacti server how to load MIB.
Anybody know how to make cacti server use specified mib?
Thanks

Cacti doesn't use MIBS...
You have to specify the Numeric OID.
So, if you use snmpget with the "-On" tag, it should give you the numeric ID to use.
