Mac OS 10.4

Anyone had success installing on OS 10.4?

note: mysql, and apache are running on the same machine.

1, i installed rrdtool, and mysql via darwinports [1]
2, i installed apache2 and php from server logistics [2]
3, i modified /Library/PHP4/lib/php.ini

; Default socket name for local MySQL connects. If empty, uses the built-in
; MySQL defaults.
mysql.default_socket = /opt/local/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock

install cacti:
4, $ sudo chmod ugo+x /Library/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/poller.php
5, i modified /Library/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/include/config.php

$database_hostname = "127.0.0.1"; [4]

6, set your cacti user to connect to mysql using old passwords using mysql [3] or in my.cfg
