Error: XML: Cacti version does not exist

Post by CarlosSanchiz »

Hi,

When import a xml template in some cases appears this error: Error: XML: Cacti version does not exist

I've lookin' into the forum for an answer but the only I've found is this
http://forums.cacti.net/about8875.html& ... =error+xml

The Cacti version is 0.86g under Win32, I had goto the official patches and install all the patches, but no luck.

Thnxs in advance.

You have missing the correct hash version in your include/config_arrays.php.

Did you use the correct thold patch for your version?
